BG Robert E. Sembower,Jr. (R-PA) served for 37 years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard beginning as an Armor Crewman with commands at the Company and Battalion level and finishing as the Brigade Commander of the 55th Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division. He was deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina as part of Stabilization Force 12. BG Sembower, a true Somerset Countian, was born in Rockwood and resides in Somerset, PA.
