Mr. Musser is a registered Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor with over 40 years experience in land and park design. His son-in-law served two tours of duty in Afghanistan as an infantry soldier with the 10th Mountain Division. He is passionate about honoring our Post-9/11 Armed Forces. Along with other volunteers he founded Patriot Park Foundation, and together they have developed the Post-9/11 U.S. Armed Forces Memorial at Patriot Park into a must-see for those who want to remember and honor our Post-9/11 military.
